LS Black Constructors is seeking a marketing coordinator to provide support to our marketing and business development team in pursuit of new project opportunities and to help strengthen our position in the marketplace. Key responsibilities and work areas for the position include:

  • Provides marketing support to project pursuit teams to develop and produce detailed proposals, presentations, and other applicable marketing collateral that is persuasive and in compliance with client requirements 
  • Works closely with the Director of Marketing and Business development to implement strategic marketing campaigns in support of business goals to position LS Black in the marketplace 
  • Coordinates external events, sponsorships, and tradeshows 
  • Obtains and manages project information in CRM (Cosential) 
  • Creates and maintains high-quality and accurate marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, posters and signage, value stories, white papers, etc.) 
  • Responds to firm-wide requests and provides general support, including coordination of award submissions, promotional items, etc.
