If you are a passionate team leader, with a background in creative design and space planning - we want to talk to you! Lift Brands, parent company to Snap Fitness and four other wellness concepts, is seeking a talented Creative Design Manager. This position will focus on driving Lift Brand’s creative strategy and oversee our design team to insure a quality and consistent brand image across all of our wellness concepts.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead a team of design professionals tasked with delivering multi-channel marketing creatives to support the family of Lift Brands. 
  • Uphold strict franchise brand standards and approve all creative deliverables. 
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and development opportunities for the design team. 
  • Manage designer workload to insure all deadlines are met. 
  • Lead creative concepting and execution for media projects and photo shoots. 
  • Brainstorm new and creative ways to raise brand awareness. 
  • Manage all requests for new club designs and modernization requests. 
  • Ensure strong collaboration and communication with key stakeholders throughout the Lift Brands team.

The optimal candidate will have:

  • Undergraduate or technical degree in graphic design, interior design or a similar field. 
  • Strong leadership, teamwork and leadership management skills. 
  • Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign specifically). 
  • Proficient in 3-D modeling and drawing creation - familiar with 3DS max and the Adobe Creative Suite. 
  • Previous experience working within the fitness/wellness space. 
  • Flexibility to manage competing priorities and shift focus as determined by changing needs of the business. 
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to communicate verbal and written information effectively to internal teams. 
  • 5 years previous experience in a creative design or space planning role with ideally 2 years management experience.
