Positions in this function are involved in developing market strategies to support products and drive membership/sales growth. Positions develop strategies and tactical plans to support consumer/member innovation, support new product and program launches, and combat competitive pressures. May analyze economic considerations, develop marketing forecasts, estimate costs, and manage program/project budgets.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the unique marketing needs of our specialty pharmacy and infusion services businesses 
  • Working directly with company leaders, product managers, subject matter experts, sales and account management teams, and others to develop marketing strategies and differentiated content 
  • Developing and delivering marketing collateral, slide content, videos, website content and other materials related to our value story, capabilities and services 
  • Supporting product launches, including development of messaging, marketing materials and training content to roll-out the product to our field teams 
  • Creating compelling content and/or presentations for customer meetings, industry speaking engagements and internal conferences 
  • Gathering / creating case studies and proof points to demonstrate the value of our services to our customers. 
  • Developing and distributing field-facing and client-facing communications 
  • Coordinating the development of marketing projects with Creative Services Team 
  • Ensuring branding and messaging are consistently utilized across all marketing materials and initiatives 
  • Managing rebranding projects and marketing campaigns for new pharmacy locations 
  • Managing other marketing initiatives as needed to support organizational growth objectives 
  • Contributing to ongoing strategies and annual marketing plan

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma / GED or higher 
  • 5+ years of work experience in a Marketing or Communications role 
  • 2+ years of experience working as a Project Manager taking a project from conception to completion 
  • 2+ years of professional writing and editing experience 
  • 2+ years of Creative PowerPoint Design including creating and editing slide decks, pie charts, graphs and images 
  • 1+ years of experience working in the Healthcare Industry

Assets:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Communications, Public Relations or Marketing 
  • 1+ years of experience in the pharmacy care services or specialty pharmacy industry preferred

Soft Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to clarify, manage and prioritize several deliverables in order to meet deadlines. 
  • Demonstrated self-starter and team player 
  • Proven organizational skills 
  • Proven ability to work with a wide range of colleagues and subject matter experts, including company executives 
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines
