Our Marketing team has an open opportunity for a Lead in our Creative Services group. The Marketing Lead – Producer executes ideas within or across media platforms by providing expert knowledge of the talent, techniques and technologies necessary to execute the work. This is a key position that is responsible for identifying, attracting, and managing the talent (in or out of house) necessary to ensure the best production value possible for the idea and the client.

This is what you'll do...

Production Oversight

  • Consult and collaborate with creative teams’ executional approach, style, timetables and desired results of project
  • Estimates/bidding of creative boards, shooting/building all asset capturing utilizing film, videotape, or print
  • Prep, shoot, and post production/finishing
  • Internal/external resources for digital build including architecture, design, build, engineering and deployment
  • Manage talent/business aspects including production bidding, talent engagement and contracting: business and talent management

Budget Management

  • Plans, develops, and defends budget recommendations, work goals, measurements, and training requirements necessary to provide both profitable and quality service to business partners
  • Provides detailed information and cost estimates to assure accurate data on which to plan and develop functional objectives and budgets

Talent Management

  • Maintain fluency in channels of expertise while actively pursing cross-training opportunities
  • Help identify potential suppliers, in-house and outside to partner in executional engagement and identify potential new resources
  • Manage internal photo, retouching, video and editing teams
  • Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to define technological/executional requirements within and/or across platforms/channels
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, new techniques and technologies

We're looking for someone with..

The successful candidate will have a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience at an advertising, marketing or communications agency or equivalent, including serving a national/global organization. In addition, she/he will have demonstrated the following:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in managing budgets
  • Experience with international productions
  • Experience across a variety of platforms is preferred (Content Production, Motion, Interactive/Digital, Emerging Media, Print, Broadcast, Art Buying)
  • Fluency in complex contracting including SAG/AFTRA, AFM, music licensing/publishing and third party works for hire
  • Motorcycle rider, or willing to become one
  • Ability to travel 25-30% is required
