The Boelter Companies is a dynamic and fast-growing company looking for an organized and creative Marketing Manager to facilitate marketing activities for the Boelter Brands division. Boelter Brands provides licensed beverage and food-related merchandise to retail markets. Our largest business segments include licensed sports products for the NFL, MLB, over 300 colleges and universities, NHL, NBA, MLS, Kentucky Derby, Indy 500, Olympics, and leading European Soccer Clubs. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Creative, the Marketing Manager requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to execute marketing objectives. The Marketing Manager will assist sales leaders in meeting aggressive growth targets through growing Boelter’s reputation as the experts in creating incomparable customer experiences.

Responsibilities:  

  • Assist in the planning and execution of online and offline advertising and promotional activities, including website content, social media, print collateral, email marketing and events
  • Coordinate trade shows, including budgeting, planning and logistics
  • Oversee Boelter Brands website, including site structure, analyzing traffic and identifying opportunities for lead generation
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to identify marketing tools and activities that will drive sales growth
  • Analyze and measure all business unit marketing activities and reporting ROI of activities
  • Manage Boelter Brands marketing budgets
  • Collaborate with all Boelter divisional marketing leaders to facilitate cross-divisional promotions
  • Utilize customer contact lists to facilitate targeted marketing campaigns and manage leads
  • Work as the primary business unit contact for creative team and ensure successful completion of marketing deliverables

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • 5 years related experience in marketing consumer products in retail channels, with a strong understanding of modern marketing/digital strategies
  • Able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in an agile environment, self-motivated, and works well independently as well as on a team
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
