The Marketing Manager will lead the strategy and implementation of our corporate wide digital marketing efforts driving an integrated multi-channel approach in creating marketing programs and campaigns to help drive new customer acquisition, traffic and revenue. Execute effective internal and external customer communications to meet the specific goals and objectives of LPi.

This person consistently and passionately takes initiative, and is capable of thriving in a high pressure, highly dynamic environment.

Essential Duties:

  1. In conjunction with management of the digital marketing team, develop and execute marketing communications and lead generation plans that align with the strategic objectives of the organization.
  2. Measure and analyze results to optimize the lead nurturing workflows to convert leads into customers.
  3. Generate monthly reports on our marketing campaign’s performance, website traffic, SEO and social media key metrics.
  4. Manage marketing communications projects to ensure successful outcomes, timely completion, and adherence to budget.
  5. Manage all aspects of marketing operations, including key personnel with a strong focus on best practices and innovation incorporated.
  6. Regularly utilize strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills to multi-task a variety of duties by working both independently and as part of a team.
  7. Collaborate as a team player that is flexible and open to ideas coming from all areas and levels of the organization, but also confident and decisive.

Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Marketing, Business or Communications 

Experience:

  • 7 - 10 years of marketing experience in a fast-paced team environment
  • 5 years of marketing management experience in a B2B environment
  • Website content management system like WordPress 

Skills and Knowledge

  • Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and all marketing channel metrics
  • Expert Knowledge in database reporting in a CRM like Salesforce.com
  • High-energy, highly motivated, self-starter and will be attracted by the opportunity to have significant and measurable impact on an organization and be part of a team that will significantly scale a business
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Great communication, research and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks independently
  • Tech-savvy and resourceful in a growing company
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office
  • Expert knowledge of Marketing Automation platform (Hubspot, Marketo, or Pardot)
  • Positive team player with a passion to learn & enthusiasm to serve others
  • Solid understanding of the Catholic Church a plus
