We are seeking to fill a full-time Marketing Manager position based out of our Waukesha office. Duties of this position include but are not limited to: manages the marketing team and its processes; develops annual marketing plan and budget; prepares metrics and monthly team reports; engages office managers and team leaders; performs market analysis to support geographic and sector growth; oversees proposal process and deadlines; supports business development initiatives; utilizes social media strategies to further firm’s branding and business development initiatives; organizes firm’s client satisfaction interview program; represents firm at trade shows; monitors usage of firm’s customer relationship management system; develops metrics for sales pipeline funnel; and public relations and press releases.

The ideal candidate for this position will be creative, team-oriented and self-motivated; have strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively interact with diverse internal and external clients; be capable of working independently with minimal supervision; have good problem-solving abilities; and be goal and deadline oriented. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field; have a minimum of 10 years of experience; and be knowledgeable with the use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop). A valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance is required.
