Ady Advantage is seeking a Marketing Specialist – a highly creative individual who understands the importance and value of a strong marketing strategy. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing traditional and social media marketing and digital asset design.

How You’ll Contribute: Bottom line – you’ll be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, and effectively coordinating project timelines, budgets and quality. For example:

1. Create and execute marketing and promotion deliverables consistent with our clients’ goals and objectives.

  • Develop and produce graphic design and materials for websites, newsletters, technical reports, social media, and other marketing materials that support the client’s objectives. 
  • Capture and edit images for websites, newsletters, print ads, video, and digital media.

2. Coordinate social media projects and develop and implement high-quality social media deliverables.

  • Provide recommendations on which social media platforms to use to promote client, determine frequency of posts, and implement social media plans for client.
  • Create content – both curated and original - that speaks to each identified target audience.

3. Ensure marketing projects meet or exceed client expectations.

  • Maintain project timelines, solve problems, and interface with various departments and vendors on project deadlines and quality.
  • Coordinate project support functions such as budget, billing, traffic and deadlines.
  • You should be comfortable working in multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating effectively with colleagues in both content and technical development.
  • You should have excellent organizational and time management skills – you’ll be working on multiple projects with set timelines.
  • You should be able to clearly articulate concepts and design ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
  • You should have an internal drive to try new things, explore new industries, identify emerging trends and technology while growing your skills daily.
  • You should have an obsessive attention to detail.
  • You should have the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess exemplary integrity and exude trust and honesty while maintaining the highest professional standards.
  • You should be client focused.
  • Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Web Development or related degree is required.
  • Two years of applicable experience in a role involving all these functions is required:
  1. Developing and delivering high-quality design, digital assets (including website development) and traditional sales and marketing collateral under tight deadlines
  2. Coordinating a variety of social media activities at one time
  3. Successfully coordinating multiple client projects is required.
  4. Developing technical graphics that reflect an understanding of complex data or analytical information Experience using WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite is required.
