The in-house agency for one of Wisconsin’s Largest Automotive Dealership Groups is looking for a highly motivated Traffic Coordinator/Account Coordinator to join the team. In this newly created position, the Traffic Coordinator/Account Coordinator will assist all Marketing & Advertising related workflow for our 18 automotive dealerships.

  • Manage incoming workflow and designate and assign to the proper person within the department. 
  • Managed media schedules, to ensure all deadlines are being met. 
  • Traffic completed materials to appropriate source; serve as the liaison between the marketing/advertising department and the dealerships. 
  • Field all incoming sponsorship/event/donation requests. 
  • Manage the internal employee perks programs. 
  • Manage all employee based surveys. 
  • Reconcile invoices from media partners and prepare for accounting.
  • Ensure all invoicing is complete and prepared correctly for the manufacturer. 
  • Work with the accounting and production departments on invoicing, and possible additional costs due to rush fees, or unexpected deadlines. 
  • Review current and future timelines and job statuses with the heads of department, and if necessary, the individuals working on the jobs. 
  • Assist in posting and managing recruitment efforts.
  • BA in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
  • 2-4 years of traffic or project management experience with internal marketing/creative department, or agency. 
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Power Point, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and positive attitude 
  • Proven teamwork skills and flexibility and a healthy disrespect for the impossible 
  • Skill in process creation, evaluation, adjustment, and change management 
  • Able to see other people's point of view and receive criticism
