We're looking for an experienced salesperson who will be responsible for the development of new business accounts leading to increased revenues/profits, while upholding the mission and values of the agency.

We're looking for someone who: 

  • Generates new business meeting activity via appropriate solicitation methods (phone calls, direct mail, networking, etc.) and assisting with sales closes 
  • Advocates knowledge of and supports agency’s mission, culture, confidentiality, standards, etc. 
  • Helps to champion a sales culture among peers 
  • Creates opportunities to pitch new accounts 
  • Initiates and manages effective relationships with warm and prospective leads on an ongoing basis 
  • Develops and maintains prospect target list based on the goals and expectations outlined by agency management 
  • Prepares new business activity reports for agency partners and senior management
  • Sales in marketing and service related industry with proven results
  • Experience implementing a customer relationship management process in order to best manage, track and analyze customer interactions 
  • Advertising agency experience preferred but not required 
  • Looking for a candidate who lives in the Milwaukee market and has strong relationships/connections in place

Compensation will be a blend of base salary + commission where greater results will lead to greater rewards. Celtic offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including healthcare, 401(k) and more.
