This position is one where you wear many hats and cover a variety of responsibilities including office administration, account and project management support. This includes, but is not limited to front desk reception, processing invoices and assisting with monthly billing, preparing reports, mail processing/shipping, coordinating meetings, arranging office travel and schedules, ordering supplies, and overall office support. In addition, this position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Account and Project management teams, which would include proofreading, project/status tracking, and general support as necessary for our Milwaukee office.

Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of professional experience, is energetic with an upbeat personality. We also require someone who is punctual, detail-oriented and well organized. A team player with a "can do" attitude and whois an effective communicator! Experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint is a must.
