Our small (2.5 person), fast-paced, Recruitment Advertising Agency is busy and in need of help! Primary responsibilities include:
• Answering phones
• Ad writing
• Online ad postings
• Media research & organizing information for client proposals
• Assist with billing and accounts payable including follow-up to resolve discrepancies
• Assist with prospecting new clients / sales
• Overall customer service
Since we’re small, you’ll get to learn it all! And then some.
Part-Time (approximately 15 - 20 hours/week). Some schedule flexibility, but, must be available to work Thursday and Friday afternoons for our “deadline days”, and be available for vacation coverage.
