The Prestwick Group was founded 19 years ago with the mission to build long lasting, aesthetically pleasing site furnishings. A passion for the game of golf along with the help of a novel material, 97% HDPE, launched a career and created a family of brands. Great Lakes Golf Course Products began in 1997 operating out of a 750 sq. foot building in Nashotah, WI. Matt Morse, Founder & CEO, was driven by the desire to create high quality, sustainable furnishings that matched the needs and standards of top courses around the country. After seeing success in the golf industry, Max-R was created to serve the needs of the corporate, park and recreation, food service, and education markets and Prestwick Limited followed shortly after to serve the hospitality industry.

The Production Artist has a working understanding of layout, type and color and is able to take instructions from the Art Director to create a complete proof/layout for customer approval, working proficiently in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Responsibilities also include producing final files that meet proper CNC/printer specifications.

  • Advocates the core values of the Design Department.
  • Completes work accurately and on time under the direction of the Art Director.
  • Executes all artistic development of sales proofs for customer approval.
  • Manages all incoming requests & reproofs to ensure a proper turnaround for Operations to complete orders on time.
  • Maintains a product library of templates to ensure all designs are current and up-to-date.
  • 2- or 4-Year Degree in Design
  • High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage tasks from beginning to end
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A hunger to learn and the ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
  • $12 - $14/hour
