SRH Marketing is seeking an experienced Project Manager ready to pioneer their own department at our rapidly growing agency. 

The Senior PM works with the creative, planning, and accounts departments to develop a scope of work for a project and manage that various cross-departmental stakeholders to bring the project to life. The perfect candidate has a combination of hard mechanics (scoping, project planning, identifying tasks, navigating process, risk, milestones and deadlines) and soft skills (collaboration, communication, empathy, and effective meeting management).

As the company continues to grow, this person will have the opportunity to provide input on implementing a time-tracking and project management system. Ideally they will have experience using one or multiple different systems in order to have a preference. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who is looking to put their stamp on just about everything, own the process and climb the ladder quickly.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum five years experience as a project manager in a marketing agency. 
  • Extensive knowledge of the following processes:
  1. AOR Retainer models
  2. Video Production
  3. Website Production
  4. Design Production
  5. Social Media Campaigns
  6. Digital Media Buying
  • Expert organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to multi-task.
  • Outstanding communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of project management processes, workflow and terminology.
  • Ability to function well in a fast paced (sometimes chaotic) environment under tight deadlines.
