The social media manager will be responsible for leading Eastbay’s growing social media presence, conceptualizing, creating, executing, and measuring strategic social media campaigns to grow customer relationships, awareness, and affinity for the Eastbay brand.

We’re Looking For:

A Playmaker

  • Conceptualize, create, and execute Eastbay’s social media strategy, emphasizing growing customer relationships, awareness, and affinity for the brand.
  • Drive business by capturing, analyzing, and reporting on social metrics.

A Team Player

  • Cultivate effective partnerships with social media partners at Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
  • Work cross-functionally with Eastbay and Foot Inc. teams (category managers, web merchandising, purchasing, IT, etc.) to collaborate, develop, and execute social campaigns. Balance Eastbay brand voice and campaigns with those of our vendor partners.

A Leader

  • Manage, lead, and develop the social media team by completing performance reviews, scheduling work assignments, using disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary, interviewing and hiring.
  • Challenge the status quo by advancing innovative ideas and solutions for growing and engaging our social media communities.
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college our university
  • At least five years social media experience in a direct to consumer or athletics environment
