As an Account Development Representative, you will be directly responsible for successfully building our customer base. Under the direction of the Channel Sales Manager, you will develop relationships with accounts and provide necessary support to exceed established business objectives.

Evaluate account coverage, sales figures and account trends in collaboration with Account Reps in territory.

Following 80/20 matrix of account analysis, develop a personal rapport and develop annual plan to deliver on sales objectives for your top 80% accounts to include support of complete Andis product line; develop presentations for accounts.

Mediate and resolve situations that can occur including but not limited to pricing, credit & credit lines, product deliveries, problems Reps have with accounts, and customer service problems with reps and accounts, consulting with Channel Sales Manager when needed.

Create plan for placement of new items in defined list of accounts.

A recent college graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field, and/or up to two years of professional work experience. Cosmetology or Animal Sciences degree is helpful.

An excellent communicator with personable and outgoing personality. 

A goal-driven individual who is self-motivated to perform and successfully acheive comapny goals. 

Strong PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Ability for regular travel, up to 60% at times. Must have a current, valid Driver's license (with record acceptable to our insurance)
