The Account Director will be responsible for managing key client relationships and on-going event-marketing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in experiential marketing with 6+ years of client or brand management experience. This person must be organized, self-motivated, able to clearly articulate ideas through client-facing materials and be tenacious in their approach to bringing out-of-the-box activation concepts to life.
We are seeking a candidate who prides themselves on their ability to think creatively and who demonstrates a passion for developing bold and dynamic ideas that inspire our clients and audiences alike. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in an environment where they are asked to wear many hats — in addition to account management responsibilities, the Account Director will also occasionally have project management duties.
Broadly the Account Director is the agency’s quarterback and is an integral part of the entire process. Ultimately they are responsible for managing and directing a team from ideation to execution and everything in between.
