Account Executive - Marketing Agency

Savage Solutions is looking for an Account Executive to support our team. The creative folks need to complete projects in a sensible and timely fashion – and you could help make that happen. (If you’re a solid candidate for the job you know that’s easier said than done!) As our Account Executive, you would have access to an arsenal of tools to help manage roughly 12-14 concurrent projects.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Understand and own the Savage process from start to finish
• Create achievable project timelines – and hold the Savage creative team to criticalmilestones– Be the main point of contact for our clients and serve as liaison between the Savagecreative team and clients
• Develop Tactical Briefs to spell out key components of each project – such as goals,audience, client expectations, deadline, etc.
• Coordinate meetings that bring team members together to get projects started
• Learn the unique communication style for each team member, and manage projectsaccordingly
• Maximize our efficiency; minimize wasted time and rework
• Build trust with our creative team, internal leadership, and clients 

Here's who you are:

• 3-5 years experience as an Account Exec / Project Manager is a must 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills Great at asking the right questions to get work started – and done 
• Strong listening skills; ability to synthesize and re-communicate information 
• Highly organized with an ability to hit deadlines for assigned work 
• Highly experienced with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word 
• Willing to learn new programs or skills 
• Independent/self-starter; takes initiative to innovate and solve problems without directsupervision and/or direction 
• Strong work ethic / Agency experience a plus 
• Able to deal with a frequently changing workload, including many projects and fast-pacedsituations
