BVK is seeking a public relations professional who can integrate traditional and trending tactics, navigate the changing media landscape and manage PR-related events. We’re looking for an energetic and engaged team member who will dig into clients and programs, generate thoughtful and strategic ideas, earn the trust of top-tier journalists and engage with influencers.

The ideal candidate will be have a solid understanding of how to secure media placements, work with influencers across all industries and manage media monitoring and measurement tools and techniques. Experience in managing media and / or consumer events a plus.

Job requires national and international travel up to 20% of job. This position will report directly to the BVK Director of Earned Media.

  • Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience, specifically in the areas of public relations, media relations, blogger and influencer engagement and event planning.
  • Branded content creation or social media management is a plus.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, business/marketing or relevant degree is a must.
  • Bilingual and able to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently a plus.
