Bader Rutter is an independent, integrated marketing services agency with headquarters in Milwaukee and additional offices in Chicago and Lincoln, Nebraska. You know it’s about being proactive and leading a client to the best solution. As our newest account executive, you’ll drive tactical executions and manage day-to-day client contact responsible for activating work. You’re eager to contribute to and execute against a marketing strategy and grow your skills. Here’s why we want you:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or similar. 
  • You have three to five years of experience working for an ad agency or at a corporate entity. 
  • You have experience with martech campaigns (utilizing Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce marketing cloud) and/or targeted, email and digital marketing campaigns. 
  • You have experience with data analytics and campaign management. 
  • You are metrics-driven, self-motivated and obsessed with details. No job is too big or too small. 
  • You have a great skill set now, but you’re the kind of person who thrives on learning and growth opportunities like those provided at BR.
