Our client, Brand Outcomes, a small marketing agency in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is looking for a qualified Account Executive to manage client accounts and act as the link between assigned clients and the agency. Brand Outcomes is a small agency with niches in trucking, physician-owned healthcare facilities, and building products. They are dedicated to cultivating positive and productive relationships with their clients as well as their team members. As Account Executive you will:

  • Be proactive in identifying and understanding client objectives and present effective advice and services to meet those needs. 
  • Oversee work completed by project managers and vendors to ensure that it is consistent with the client’s brand and marketing strategy and is also within the agreed upon scope of work. 
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design creative campaigns and other work that meets client standards. 
  • Present strategies and solutions to key stakeholders. 
  • Juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously. 
  • Maintain positive working relationships with vendors and team members. 
  • Ensure that projects stay on time and within budgets. 
  • Keep detailed records of client work, projects, and billing in workflow platforms. 
  • Participate in business development through lead generation and pitching work. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in advertising, communications, or a related field 
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or related position in an agency environment
  • Marketing experience in the trucking industry is a plus 
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of accounts in different industries 
  • Eagerness to be “hands on” in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns and projects 
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage and document details 
  • Good team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills 
  • Willingness to be honest and to address conflict or tension in an appropriate manner
