Looking to hire account executive with 1-3 years agency experience to service Fox Valley (Appleton-Neenah-Oshkosh) clients. Must have skill in handling multiple projects, thinking creatively/strategically. Must be willing to work with president on new business initiatives in the area and commute to Delafield office 3-5 times a month. 

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Daily client interaction
  • Strategic planning
  • New business generation
  • Invoicing
  • Estimating

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in advertising or communications with 1-3 years ad agency experience
  • Ability to manage a high volume of projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate and present information clearly in verbal, written and visual formats
  • Ability to think quickly, solve problems and offer solutions 
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented and creative environment
