Nina Hale, Inc is currently seeking an Account Manager. This role is responsible for managing the relationship with several digital clients and ensuring the tactics delivered align with the overall digital strategy. He or she will be a primary day-to-day contact for clients. Retaining and growing accounts, as well as ensuring profitability, are key areas of focus for this role.>>The Account Manager may facilitate client sessions, present monthly reporting, lead client status meetings, ensure billing is correct and assist with expanding project scopes, writing proposals, and statements of work as needed. Account management responsibilities also include fielding incoming client requests, following up internally to ensure client requests are completed, making sure any client issues are responded to by the team in a client focused manner.>>
