Nina Hale, Inc is currently seeking an Account Manager. This role is responsible for managing the relationship with several digital clients and ensuring the tactics delivered align with the overall digital strategy. He or she will be a primary day-to-day contact for clients. Retaining and growing accounts, as well as ensuring profitability, are key areas of focus for this role.

The Account Manager may facilitate client sessions, present monthly reporting, lead client status meetings, ensure billing is correct and assist with expanding project scopes, writing proposals, and statements of work as needed. Account management responsibilities also include fielding incoming client requests, following up internally to ensure client requests are completed, making sure any client issues are responded to by the team in a client focused manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Display digital curiosity and a willingness to push your own thinking and the agency’s work to meet clients’ goals 
  • Clearly establish objectives and priorities for client initiatives 
  • Help develop, articulate, and adhere to, agreed upon strategies 
  • Set and communicate clear expectations with team for each project 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, across businesses 
  • Effectively incorporate senior staffers from account management as well as other departments as project objectives or issues warrant 
  • Develop and demonstrate a clear, comfortable, persuasive presentation style for both formal and informal settings 
  • Be well-rehearsed and prepared for the unexpected 
  • Make certain presentation support materials are consistent and in line with the agency’s expectations of quality 
  • Deliver concise, accurate and actionable accounts of meetings and discussions 
  • Manage project development, media planning/execution, legal approvals, client approvals, etc. 
  • Keep supervisor informed to status and progress of all projects 
  • Monitor all budget, research, production and execution activity for assigned clients and communicate status of each project to appropriate agency and client personnel 
  • Maintain positivity and leadership in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments, with the ability to prioritize on the fly

Requirements:

  • College degree (BA or BS); background in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or Digital Marketing field. 
  • 3-5 years digital marketing experience 
  • Excellent teamwork, organization and communications skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and interpreting analytics reporting 
  • Experience in many aspects of Digital B2B and B2C marketing preferred, experience in previous agency account management role preferred 
  • Proven expertise in building and working within teams required 
  • Ability to create and present strategies and plans with Account Management team, Media Directors and Executive Team. 
  • The ability to balance clients needs with agency capabilities and properly guide the client to the ideal recommendation for their business.
