You’ll be responsible for leading internal cross-functional agency teams to meet and exceed our client expectations and goals through some of the additional responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively to translate strategic vision into tactical solutions and results
- Exhibit leadership across account team and agency
- Set and communicate clear expectations with the clients and internal teams on each project
- Mentor members of the account management team as a lead on accounts executing tiered account management for assigned accounts
- Responsible for the final deliverable of client documents
- Monitor project process, timelines and expenses
- Deliver quick response to client needs and proactively identify creative solutions before problems arise
- Help build a team-oriented, positive WE culture amongst your teams
