Administrative Sales Assistant

PMM is growing and looking to add an additional team member who is able to provide support to our National Sponsorship team as a Administrative Sales Assistant. You will be a member of the traffic and client service team at PMM.

Some of the duties will include:

• Assist the sales team in all aspects of client support including ad traffic, order creation and adjustments, and copywriting. 
• Design and create a library of sales material, including PowerPoint templates and handouts that the sales team can use in their presentations 
• Work with Account Executives to assemble presentation materials for sales calls 
• Assist sales reps with market research and prospecting new business 
• Maintain list of sales leads in CRM software 
• Other duties as assigned

• A Love of Podcasts!!! 
• Previous professional experience required 
• Strong writing and communication skills, with a pleasant and professional telephone demeanor 
• Creativity, to come up with big ideas and help execute projects
• Some basic visual design experience preferred 
• A background in marketing or advertising is extremely helpful in this role 
• Ability to work within tight deadlines
• Media Experience preferred
