Lindsay, Stone & Briggs is seeking an experienced Agency Project Manager to join our team. This is no ordinary Project Manager. At LSB you’re the nerve-center, the go-to, the heartbeat, the Gorilla Glue of the agency. Because of that we’re looking for someone who has more than just organizational skills, we’re looking for someone with passion, curiosity and a drive to help us maximize LSB’s incredible potential.

The Agency Project Manager reports to the EVP, Director of Creative Operations. The primary responsibility of the Agency Project Manager is to track agency projects from conception through completion. This individual is the liaison between all departments including account management, creative, digital, media, production, public relations and proofreading. The Agency Project Manager must efficiently route various materials to ensure projects move through the agency in a timely manner and communicate deadlines to assigned resources and follow-up with all appropriate departments on project development. This position will maintain agency process by ensuring all departments use proper procedures.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Work with all departments to develop schedules/processes for all projects
  • Route materials through various stages for approval
  • Alert team if a project strays out of the originally set parameters
  • Track & project staff utilization for effective resource planning
  • Maintain up-to-date/organized files on the agency network for all phases of work
  • Coordinate directly with vendor partners to determine creative specs, deliverables and timelines for digital and traditional media
  • Distribute completed materials to appropriate media vehicles before deadlines
  • Assign project numbers and compile, update and issue a weekly traffic report
  • Run and manage weekly traffic meeting

Skills/Requirements of the successful candidate:

  • BA or BS in related marketing field a plus 3 or more years of related work experience
  • Working knowledge of advertising processes and terminology
  • Proficiency with project & resource planning software (experience with Advantage/Webvantage a plus)
  • Experience in managing interactive and web projects
  • Self-starter, organized, effective communicator, trouble shooter, problem solver High detail orientation, works with limited supervision
  • Manage multiple projects, tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease
