Position Details
Assistant Digital Media Buyer
Southwest Wisconsin
This person will assist in the implementing, maintaining and reporting of media campaigns across multiple digital channels. This position is essential in the daily management of the media department in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. A successful Assistant Digital Media Buyer is resourceful and demonstrates the initiative to participate in advanced projects while handling the day-to-day organization of the media department.
- Handles digital buying, trafficking, monitoring, optimization and reporting of digital campaigns
- Acquires and organizes online specs
- Trafficks plan assets such as creative and required tracking tags
- Manages and tracks client budgets
- Approves invoices and reconciles discrepancies
- Manages deadlines and works in an efficient manner
- Helps with other media tactics beyond digital as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, journalism, communications or marketing
- 1-2 years of industry experience
- Knowledge of the digital media landscape and desire to continue learning
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Advanced computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Good writing/presentation skills
- Good judgment in decision making and prioritizing tasks
