At C-K, our mission is simple: Make friends, not ads®. It’s how we helped Porsche’s first luxury sedan—the Panamera— become a smashing success and helped catapult Corona Extra to America’s #1 import. Our friend-making mindset not only drives our ideas, it also drives our structure.

We’re built without silos or competing interests to truly tap into an ever-expanding range of disciplines, from advertising to SEM/SEO to social to analytics—whatever it takes to create compelling brand experiences. This philosophy has fueled our growth, making C-K the nation’s second largest independent ad agency and placing us among the top 20 advertising and digital firms in the country with nearly 500 employees and almost $1 billion in annual billings.

Headquartered in Chicago with offices in New York, Milwaukee and Phoenix, we represent major brands across virtually every industry, including Benihana, BIC Razors, BRP (Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Evinrude), Cedar Fair Amusement Parks (Cedar Point, Knott’s Berry Farm and 10 others), Casa Noble, Corona Extra, Edward Jones, General Tire, Giant Foods, Heinz, Nikon, Pacifico Beer, Porsche, Roundy’s (Pick ‘n Save and Mariano’s) and Vitamix. About C-K Milwaukee:

Milwaukee is the birthplace of C-K. Back in 1898, two bicycling enthusiasts—Cody Cramer and Bill Krasselt—started a newsletter about their passion. As that passion became a nationwide craze, advertisers wanted to promote their goods in the newsletter, but most of them didn’t have agencies to help create the ads. Cody and Bill seized the entrepreneurial opportunity and C-K was born.

Today, that spirit is alive and kicking among our team of seasoned marketers, communications and public relations professionals and top creative talent who serve clients from a variety of industries. Whether we are creating award winning websites for Evinrude’s newest outboard motor or launching major national campaigns for the Paper and Packaging Board, we leverage best-in-class strategies in digital and social media, marketing, advertising and public relations to engage the right audience for each client.

And, this team loves Milwaukee so much that they are dedicated to giving back to the community. Each year they put countless time, funds and labor into charities and non-profits such as St. John’s Open Door Café, Milwaukee Public Museum, Sojourner Family Peace Center, Movember and several others.
