Ready to unleash the power of Pillsbury baked goods across Convenience and Foodservice channels?

Associate Channel Manager (ACM) – Frozen Baked Good Platformleads the platform growth & health strategy across our sweetest and biggest product platforms – Biscuits, Dough, Cinnamon Rolls, Scones, Croissants, Muffin Batters, Turnovers, etc. The ACM will partner closely with all cross-functional teams – R&D, Supply Chain, Consumer Insights, Channel, Sales, and Finance – to develop strategies and projects that deliver topline growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Business Leadership: Identify and execute growth strategies, Drive platform profitability through volume growth, manufacturing efficiency and SKU mix/SRM, Lead and manage FBG network capacity to enable profitable growth, consensus, Capacity, Spring Plan, Budget
  • Platform Expert: Identify Portfolio gaps/renovation needs, Close in Innovation News, sales support, communication, sales materials input, product information, quality resolution
  • Connector w/ Channel, Retail, ITQ and Innovation counterparts

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred 
  • Related Experience: 3 years, 5 preferred 
  • Ability to work collaboratively, lead, and inspire cross-functional teams 
  • Business analytical skills – Forecasting, familiarity with C&F Reporting a plus 
  • Strategic reasoning and critical thinking – analyze wide range of inputs, identify opportunities, develop strategy 
  • Strong project management skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficient in software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
