We are looking for a professional, energetic, talented Communications Coordinator to join our North American team. We are Krones Inc., a subsidiary of Krones AG of Neutrabling Germany, a world leader in the manufacture of fully integrated processing, packaging and automations solutions for the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. The Communications Coordinator position would support the overall strategy for North America and assist with key day-to-day functions of the Marketing Communications team, including but not limited to content development, market research, internal communications, social media support, e-newsletters, promotions, and trade show communications. Krones is a global company with a vast product portfolio. The successful candidate would have a solid background in a B2B environment, creating and editing content on multiple communications platforms, and be a communicative, approachable team player willing to go the extra mile. A positive, pro-active, helpful attitude and critical thinking skills are essential to this position’s success. The Communications Coordinator will report to the Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications for North America, Central America, and the Caribbean.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Copywriting and editing – case studies, articles, marketing materials, corporate communications, sales team communications, promotions, ads, social media posts, blog, etc. 
  • Create and coordinate internal communications, employee communications initiatives 
  • Create and coordinate digital communications projects 
  • Social media content development and support 
  • Research supporting marketing trends, industries, verticals, competition, etc. as needed
  • Trade show communications and other event support as needed

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B writing and communications 
  • Reporter-like skills in interviewing and research 
  • Social media content creation and strategy development experience in a B2B environment 
  • Ability to translate product/service information into features and benefits for customer 
  • Experience with multiple digital communications platforms 
  • Professional acumen and solid interpersonal skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field 
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
