Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, writing, or related field and a minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of communications. Highly motivated individual with a passion for ministry. Must possess strong written, interpersonal, and organizational skills as well as excellent design and editing skills. Keen attention to detail and creative thinking required to manage multiple project timelines according to industry best practices; High-energy team-player with a sensitivity to the privacy needs of resource development. Able to design concepts for video, web and print; technology skills in email and social media marketing, web analytics, and design technology. Preferred program experience includes: Adobe Suite Photoshop/In Design/Illustrator, Microsoft Office. Experience in a fundraising setting preferred.
