The Corporate Communications Manager will lead a team that will support a range of internal and external communications activities that purposefully integrates the company’s voice, brand standards and industry leadership position to drive knowledge, connection and behavior that builds business and the client-centric, values-based culture of Wealth Enhancement Group.

Working with and through your team you will support the development of client-facing messaging, manage relationships with our public relations agency partners, foster relationships with key members of the local and trade media, serve as a communications partner in enterprise-level projects, and develop communication materials for media relations, employee meetings and updates, and brand-centric marketing collateral.

  • Team Management

Education | Skills | Abilities:

  • 4 year degree in Communication, Marketing, Management or similar 
  • 7 plus years Corporate Communications experience; Branding, Media and PR and Internal Communications 
  • Detail oriented; ability to prioritize work flow and projects; able to work with deadlines and be flexible 
  • Professional interactions with department customers 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office; PPT 
  • Ability to work as a Team Member; positive solution-focused attitude 
  • Travel up to 10%
