Creative Director

In this role, you’ll lead a team of thinkers and doers, while you provide a mix of marketing expertise and business understanding to the team.

Elevate97 provides innovative marketing solutions through brand strategy, design, video, media, environmental graphics, large format printing, consumer packaging, and behind-the-scenes logistics and fulfillment.

The Role:

• Responsible to establish the creative direction, style and methodology for creative projects.
• Build, lead, and review work of the creative team in the production of all web, print, digital & experiential marketing material 
• Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology 
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities 
• Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies 
• Work in tandem with the video, animation and media teams. 
• Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer need, and the competitive landscape 
• Meet budget standards by forecasting and managing expenses

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree preferred in Marketing or Business. 
• 8+ years of related experience with 5 years of creative direction in agency or corporate setting. 
• Experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing vision and the message platform to overseeing production on time and in budget. 
• Experience working on large, cross-channel projects in a variety of media.
• Understanding and experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, but also understand offline and print. 
• Proven experience with concept development.
• The drive to seek innovative and efficient methods of brainstorming and inspiring creative teams. 
• Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talent, with the desire to develop, coach and mentor them. 
• Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives. Prior experience with copywriting, design, or production preferred. 
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other technologies. 
• Prior project management experience with a focus on creative direction. 
• Ability to travel as required.
