In short, our team is looking for an energetic Creative Director to lead the creation and execution of our brand creative assets across channels.

You must be ready to lead in a fast-paced, hands-on environment focused on designing outstanding consumer brand experience. With your work, you will elevate our unique voice, implement our jaded brand vision and enhance our irreverent image.

We run a modern team that follows agile and entrepreneurial methods. You will create and lead the execution of a constant flow of multichannel assets by leading cross-functional, internal and external teams: graphic designers, copy writers, photographers, videographers, print vendors, PR, social media, digital, wholesale, product and retail teams.

You are ultimately responsible for providing strategic creative vision and yearly planning, including budgeting, seasonal creative direction and its executions across all channels. This encompasses delivering seasonal concept, design layout, copy writing, photo shoots; implementing in retail, web and wholesale channels; leading asset creation, UX, curation of website and its content, ads, TV, radio, emails, print marketing, catalog, in-store marketing, source book, trade show material, visual merchandising signage, packaging, POP.

We expect you to be result-oriented and have extensive and impressive brand experience, preferably from a multichannel organization or agency. This means a cool job, cool colleagues and cool responsibilities.

Scope and Responsibilities:

Craft stunning creative direction

  • Lead creative designs to enhance our brand and grow our market share 
  • Create seasonal creative concepts
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions with a continuous awareness of current trends as well as noteworthy and competitive activities 
  • Use innovative brand experience to elevate our voice and enhance its uniqueness and authenticity 
  • Provide inspirational creative leadership to our brand within a hands-on agile environment 
  • Enhance brand aesthetic and support the overall business direction

Turn creative direction into reality

  • Turn our multichannel need into reality, delivering Retail, Wholesale and Direct channels assets on time and on budget with outstanding quality 
  • Lead the execution of creative assets, bringing to life marketing strategic goals and creative direction 
  • Enable creative concept; provide high-quality execution and consistency across media and channels for both internal and external work 
  • Execute and champion seasonal creative vision, delivering the overall brand and marketing objectives; channel business needs

Lead creative efforts to deliver outstanding designs

  • Establish a seasonal calendar of deliverable and a cadence of work 
  • Collaborate effectively as a creative partner with internal cross-functional business partners, marketing team, product management, and outside agencies/partners 
  • Partner with agencies to deliver an impact on creative, and keep evolving/improving based on external best practices 
  • Keep multiple plates spinning at the same time and bring calmness and clarity into fast moving environment 
  • Create yearly planning, budgeting and staffing 
  • Deliver a wide range of projects across seasons with ease, and build a solid reputation for knocking projects out of the park

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Outstanding track record in creative direction 
  • Background in multichannel marketing and communication 
  • 5-10 years of experience 
  • Self-motivated and with a proactive approach 
  • Positive mindset and can-do attitude 
  • 100% team player! A “how can I help?” attitude 
  • Understanding agile business model 
  • Understanding of digital marketing and modern consumer behavior 
  • Ability to lead creatives teams 
  • Fluent verbal and written English 
  • Ability to adapt to new circumstances and flexibility 
  • Willingness to learn and curiosity to find out what is worth learning
