Customer Communications Coordinator

Are you a recent or upcoming graduate looking for a great opportunity to put your skills and ideas into action in the real world? If so, then we have the perfect opportunity for you! This is NOT an inside sales job. There will be no cold calls. We’re looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a creative mind to take our customer relationships to the next level. 

We want to help our customers discover new ways of doing business with us and you may be just the person to help us!While you may be taking some calls from your accounts, a majority of your time will be researching new opportunities, emailing customers, conceptualizing marketing communication materials, creating and presenting webinars, and keeping us current on social media. There is also the opportunity for some national travel for trade shows. 

The ideal person for this job is proactive and creative, has a cheery and outgoing personality, is super-organized, excels at multi-tasking and loves interacting with people. An eye for graphic design, fashion or photography would be great!

Education or Experience in 1 or more of the following areas:

Marketing, Sales/Customer Service, Graphic Design, Communications.

This is a salaried position with the expectation of a 40 hour work week.
