Customer Engagement Assistant

Bi-lingual customer service professional needed to provide best-in-class service to internal and external customers and assist in implementing ROI objectives for our tradeshows. Specifically, will answer the 800# customer service line and customer service email; collaborate with staff and external partners to obtain information and ensure accuracy of information provided to exhibitors; support outreach initiatives to exhibitors on behalf of AEM tradeshows; and support data collection and entry.

A two-year associate’s degree would provide a good foundation for the skills and knowledge needed in this position in addition to relevant office experience and experience working in a customer centric environment. Requires the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with excellent problem solving skills; a passion for delivering a best-in-class customer experience along with a genuine desire to help meet the needs of others; a self-starter with ability to succeed while working autonomously and as part of a team; and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and exceptional relationship-building skills necessary. Must have proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Spanish.
