CRM Administrator is responsible for designing, enhancing, and testing CRM application to meet company sales, marketing, and business process requirements. Will collaborate with Information Systems, Sales, and Marketing teams to provide analytical, data-driven support and insight to drive smarter business decisions and profitable sales growth through implementation and administration of standard and custom Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administration (70%):

  • Contribute to overall configuration, design, and layout of CRM system architecture.
  • Maintain CRM business system related to workflows and complex reports based on business requirements.
  • Create validation rules and testing to ensure system, process, and data integrity.
  • Analyze and facilitate change requests to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Understand and support security role maintenance, including role hierarchy, security profiles, and access rights.
  • Write design documentation and training materials supporting business needs.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to determine project requirements.

Report Creation and Validation (30%):

Build weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, and dashboards to measure and facilitate:

  • Sale cycle from creation of lead to a closed deal and revenue recognition – pipeline managemen to Sales forecasting
  • Campaign activity
  • ROI and KPI understanding

Monitor usage and compliance of system and provide insights to Sales and Marketing teams

Gather and display data to help company grow the areas of marketing, sales, and product development.

Ensure accuracy of analytics and data reporting through implementing quality control processes.

Design and implement ad-hoc reports and tools to support Sales teams that provide insights related to sales trends, performance, and opportunities.

You should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field OR equivalent post high school education and/or work-related experience
  • Two (2) years in a Business Analyst role
  • Experience in solution design, database modeling, and technical architecture
  • Experience with data querying and data mapping
