Park Bank has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Digital Channel Specialist to join our team of high energy marketing professionals. In this position, you will report to the Vice President of Marketing and collaborate with our sales, support, and management teams.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact how we expand and enhance customer relationships.
The Digital Channel Specialist plays a key role in the marketing department and directly supports the bank's mission by creating an excellent customer experience and reinforcing our brand differentiation using digital channels and platforms (i.e. website, Salesforce, marketing automation, online/mobile banking, social media).
The Digital Channel Specialist will:
- Lead the strategy, development, implementation and management of business critical marketing channels, platforms and systems in compliance with regulatory requirements, including CAN-SPAM and ADA accessibility.
- Act as Lead project manager for the bank's website, including creating the roadmap, working with outside vendors and inside team for development, QA, support and maintenance, compliance and analytics.
- Manage consumer online/mobile banking product, including research, product development, maintenance, internal training, tracking trends and measuring bank penetration.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of email/multi-channel lead generation andcontent marketing campaigns.
- Be responsible for vendor and risk management of key marketing platforms including website and consumer online/mobile banking product.
- Act as the lead user of Salesforce and other reporting tools in the marketing department for day-to-day marketing operations, workflows, customer insights, data integrity, analytics and to mine data for lead generation and product development opportunities.
- Managethe defects, issues, tracking and reporting systems for various marketing tools and platforms. Responsible for communication and driving for resolution of all defects and issues.
