Digital Marketing Assistant at a Milwaukee Top Workplace.

Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager and Web Manager, you'll handle a variety of duties and increase your expertise in these areas: 

  • Collecting, coding, scheduling and reporting for all mass emails 
  • Oversee the email marketing calendar
  • Monitoring web, digital and email analytics, and participating in strategy discussions to optimize these tactics.
  • Ensuring clean and accurate email lists. 
  • Managing AEM's online store for safety materials. 
  • Overseeing minor website updates. 
  • Degree in marketing or similar preferred with advanced training or certification in software, programming, digital or email marketing, SEO or web design.
  • Requires up to two years related experience including HTML/CSS, skilled with Photoshop or Fireworks and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with email marketing software and database software (preferably Act-On).
  • An understanding of SEO, familiarity with Google Analytics and AdWords, and experience with SugarCRM or similar highly preferred.
  • Must be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
