We have three offices, with our headquarters in Walker's Point in Milwaukee, Madison and Sarasota, FL. The marketing team supports all of the offices and is instrumental in the success of the firm. Our Milwaukee headquarters was named one of the coolest offices in the City and has free parking, access to many restaurants, a free fitness center and secure bike storage. As a company we host a number of events including cook-outs, social gatherings, fundraising campaigns and charitable activities.

This new position will be responsible for increasing our brand awareness through social media, email marketing and the Internet. You will work closely with leaders in the firm to create content and manage accounts.

PRA is a full service architectural and interior design firm and is seeking a digital marketing coordinator. We have three offices and seven studios and want to increase our presence on social media, email marketing and other digital outlets. Tasks include:

  • Coordinate with the Client Relations team to develop and manage firm-wide social media content
  • Assist staff and partners in posting to personal social media accounts
  • Assist the Director of Marketing in developing a media calendar
  • Develop content with architectural and design staff for the website
  • Assist with website updatesCreate and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Collect metrics across all platforms to measure successResearch and present the latest in digital marketing
  • Co-present with the Director of Marketing training sessions for staff on social media 
  • Other duties to assist the firm and Client Relations team

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing or similar
  • One to three years of experience

Computer Skills:

  • PC Skills with Microsoft Office Suite
  • All Social Media Outlets
  • WordPress
  • Constant Contact Email Marketing
  • Adobe Creative Suite

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of personalities and expertise levels
  • Photography and videography a plus
