Overview:

Creates and executes plans that drive targeted web traffic to Hadley's website and social platforms. Supports both program services and fundraising departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans including email, social media, search and display advertising, managing content calendar, blog curation and CRM integration 
  • Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance accordingly 
  • Implement best practices as it pertains to SEO/SEM 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 3+ years' experience in digital marketing 
  • Solid knowledge of Email Marketing, Google Analytics, Search, Organic and Paid Social 
  • Experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Proven skill in writing for the web 
  • Experience with Baby Boomer target audience is preferred
