Description Summary:

This position is responsible for the development, execution and ongoing coordination of integrated digital marketing campaigns and initiatives that support brand experience and product strategies for B2B and B2C segments. This includes, but is not limited to, email marketing, social media, paid digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and website content and design integration. This position analyzes and reports on the performance of specific tactics and campaigns overall, and provides informed recommendations for ongoing optimization and future approaches.

Accountabilities:

  1. Serves as the digital marketing capability lead within marketing department. 
  2. From beginning to end, effectively plans and executes a wide range of digital marketing tactics including email, social media, paid advertising, SEO/SEM. 
  3. Maintains a consistent approach by providing oversight to external messaging and creative executions delivered digitally to B2B and B2C segments. This includes the development of a quarterly comprehensive digital content calendar. 
  4. Plans, implements and monitors a dynamic, measurable and comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement, produce website traffic and ultimately generate sales. 
  5. Supports and collaborates with marketing leadership for the annual marketing and campaign-level planning. 
  6. Stays up to date with and effectively identifies current trends in digital marketing, and recommends actionable strategies. 
  7. Responsible for email deployment, list creation and management. 
  8. Drafts creative briefs and leads kick-off meetings for digital marketing projects. 
  9. Functions as a key liaison with digital and brand agencies and internal functional partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field and 5 years of experience in digital marketing, or 9 years of related experience in lieu of degree. 
  • Proven ability to create and implement marketing strategies to grow the business. 
  • Skilled in applying critical thinking to evaluate and recommend the potential application of new ways to engage audiences through digital channels. 
  • Working knowledge of social media monitoring programs, tools and techniques (i.e., SalesForce Radian6; SalesForce Social Studio). 
  • Demonstrated experience managing email and/or 1:1 automation programs. 
  • Aptitude to contribute individually and participate in cross-functional teams. 
  • Ability to manage a variety of assignments simultaneously in a fast paced environment. 
  • Superior attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Understanding and appreciation of brand guidelines and voice. 
  • Ability to create and nurture productive working relationships with all levels in the company and across multiple disciplines.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Knowledge of health care industry 
  • Experience working in an agency or internal/corporate agency environment 
  • Master's degree
