We are currently building a new website with an outside firm, and are looking for someone to get in on the ground floor of that project so that we’re not only launching it together, but thinking holistically and strategically about its long-term maximization and support. This position will add to our digital marketing skill set and we are willing to mold duties and responsibilities for the right candidate who wants to work in a highly collaborative, self-driven culture.
Some of the specific skills or experience we’d prefer for you to have include: SEO, analytics and reporting, A/B testing, PPC advertising, social media and newsletter, CRM maintenance and lead generation, content creation, and copyediting.
Though we do much of our work online, we remain a people-focused company, and do much of our best work in the tactile, analog world—talking to authors, publishers, and customers, and mining the depths of books. We hope to find someone as comfortable working in a book as they are working in the cloud—as comfortable turning pages as pressing buttons.
