Job Overview & Requirements:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with global, field and product marketing teams to conceptualize, design and execute digital campaigns. They will use their knowledge of best practices regarding segmentation, deliverability (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), testing and measurement to drive pay-per-click and remarketing activities. This person will work with the marketing team to craft and implement digital marketing strategies that meet business goals, both short and long term.

For this role, you will have the opportunity to…

  • Create and build automated marketing assets including emails, forms and landing pages• Forecast email campaign results and oversees testing to assist in fact-based strategies for future deployments
  • Track campaign measurements to monitor response rates and ROI
  • Provide support to marketing teams to develop programs across multiple channels
  • Assume the role of the subject matter expert for all email and digital marketing campaigns, questions and best practices.
  • Monitor website analytics
  • Work alongside PPC agency to drive traffic to website and landing pages
  • Research and analyze competitor and industry strategies/trends related to digital strategies
  • Create and execute testing strategies in the interest of driving continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the internal analytics team to create full-funnel cross-channel reporting
  • Create and execute programs focused on conversion rate improvements from email
  • Assume responsibility for email list management, including list hygiene
  • Maintain and manage email content calendars for multiple products
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Do you qualify? You must have…

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience in a results focused environment
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing automation and software, (e.g. Pardot, Eloqua)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing in relation to email, mobile, social, landing pages, and lead nurturing and web analytics.
  • Experience with launching and maintaining successful campaigns
  • Experience creating and deploying responsive and dynamic emails
  • Proven expertise creating and executing contact segmentation strategies
  • Ability to build emails using HTML / CSS as well as WYSIWYG tools
  • Extremely driven and performance focused
  • Highly collaborative and self-managed

Preferences for this role include…

  • Specific experience with the Pardot marketing automation tool.
  • Digital marketing experience in a software company
