Investors Community Bank is seeking a digital and inbound marketing guru who is passionate about creating results! The ideal candidate will have a great understanding of how to use SEO/SEM to drive results. This person will also have experience in web site management as well as inbound marketing. He/she will work with the marketing team to help drive leads and generate results. We are looking for a self-driven individual with a desire to learn, grow and actively contribute to our marketing team’s efforts to deliver effective strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to drive quality traffic and improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage and support the bank’s inbound marketing program using Hubspot software and following our inbound marketing roadmap. This includes management of content creation, promotion, distribution, and lead generation.
  • Manage the bank’s web site using our CMS platform: update content, create and optimize campaign pages, monitor results and trends through Google Analytics.
  • Ensure web site ADA compliance using Site Improve software.
  • Continually monitor and improve our online presence, listings and reputation, in conjunction with the bank’s marketing team.
  • Assist with social media campaigns/analytics and email marketing.
  • Assure all duties are performed in accordance with securities and banking compliance regulations, processes, and procedures; works with other areas in the bank to ensure integrated compliance where necessary.
  • Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by the SVP Marketing.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Formal education from a college, technical or trade school in marketing, communications or a related field OR 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of effective content strategy, landing page optimization, marketing analytics and SEO/SEM.
  • Possess a working knowledge of inbound marketing.
  • Be able to use the Hubspot platform; Hubspot Inbound Certification is a plus.
  • Have experience with a web site CMS platform.
  • Be familiar with ADA web site requirements and ensuring compliance.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices 
  • Understand Google Analytics and be able to create/present actionable reports.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Desire to stay on top of latest trends, best practices and technology in the industry.
