  • Supports the Digital Marketing Channel Manager and the Senior Specialist, Marketing Automation, managing day-to-day content and campaign updates of our digital channels and tools, including our websites, digital applications, marketing automation software, and pay-per-click ads.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize website and microsite content and webpages within Sitefinity and WordPress content management systems.
  • Work with our third-party vendors to create, maintain, and optimize our marketing mobile applications, including our trade show literature application.
  • Support marketing automation campaigns to our targeted customer groups, within Pardot’s engagement studio, working with the Senior Specialist,
  • Marketing Automation and the CRM team.
  • Measure and report the performance of KPIs for our digital channels.
  • Analyze findings, develop insights, and provide recommendations to our marketing team to better optimize our content. 
  • Work with the Senior Manager, Customer Experiences to evaluate and report on the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch-points, using analytical software and tools.
  • Work to continuously improve on the customer experience by managing digital A/B testing experiments across our digital channels with our marketing team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record of driving results.
  • 2-3 years of experience working with a complex content management system (i.e. Sitecore, Kentico, Sitefinity, etc.)
  • Exposure in working with a marketing automation platform; specifically Pardot experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Web analytics tools and reporting; proficient with Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (i.e. Google Adwords, Bing ads, Facebook ads, etc.)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS to support online marketing initiatives
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • Experience creating multi-channel digital campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and manage priorities.
