You’ll play a critical role providing digital media strategy and insights to support our video and live events production team as we deliver creative content to our clients. The right candidate will understand how visual content is accessed and shared across multiple platforms, as well as the best ways to engage audiences to achieve desired business objectives. This includes an understanding of data management, trends and insight, and how these can be implemented for Plum and our clients. You’ll need to be detail-oriented and disciplined, able to dive in and digest the nuances of evolving technology platforms, trends and network delivery methods. At the same time, you need to feel comfortable pitching ideas and presenting options to clients. In this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, adapting communication styles for websites, social media and video. Spelling, grammar and good composition are critical. Experience in marketing, public relations, graphic design, communications and/or a related field is helpful.

  • Research and recommend new digital marketing tactics, platform innovations, best practices and industry standards.
  • Consult with Plum staff on content delivery options, tools and workflows to optimize media and deliver results efficiently.
  • Provide education and support to employees for applications including Microsoft Office 365, Box, Harvest, Hubspot and others.
  • Interpret data and deliver analytics reports to stakeholders, refine strategies to improve performance, and maintain our internal content management systems used to enable online marketing and live streaming.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to strategically develop Plum’s marketing and public relations campaigns.
  • Maintain Plum’s website, working with internal teams to develop content.
  • Manage the company’s social media initiatives by posting content regularly. Perform media production duties and other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 5+ years’ experience in progressively complex digital mediaroles, including leadership communications and support.
  • Experience working with customers and vendors.
  • Ability to simultaneously balance multiple projects with competing priorities while working in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional online and social media analytical skills.
  • Experience managing websites, including content development and campaigns with a proven track record of results.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, including composition, spelling and grammar.
  • Must be comfortable in both Mac and PC environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Keynote, Hubspot, Harvest.
  • Willingness to travel.
