The Digital Media Coordinator will be a member of the Operations team at AC Business Media and will help contribute to the success of a growing media and data company. This hybrid position will contribute across all areas of the day-to-day digital operations workflow.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility will include learning and performing online ad trafficking, ad materials coordination, webcast management, and email deployment
  • Perform quality assurance of all online campaigns prior to, and after launch, across various online mediums.
  • Review and report on campaign performance throughout the life of the programs
  • As part of the Digital department structure, learn and cross train roles and responsibilities with other team members to form a strong team atmosphere
  • Showcase other Digital talents to help benefit company growth plans. Skillsets might include video editing, digital design, project management, or help desk/technical knowledge

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate and interface with clients
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize effectively between projects
  • Working knowledge of HTML a plus, not required.
  • Previous experience with ad trafficking and webcast management a plus, not required
  • On the job training will be provided.  

Full-time position includes medical, dental, and 401K plan.  

Compensation is negotiable based on skillset, experience, etc.
