The Digital Media Director heads up our digital team and develops digital media strategies that achieve client business goals.
R&R:
- Inform distribution strategy on every client and campaign - how we're reaching the right people and demonstrating verifiable ROI to our clients.
- Oversee and QA the execution of all digital media campaigns, including planning, buying, managing, and reporting.
- Stay on the bleeding edge of changes in the digital landscape and how those changes should impact our strategies and services.
- Manage relationships with strategic partners and media vendors.
- Final review and presentation of major reports to clients.
So who are we looking for?
Our perfect candidate will help our clients grow their digital accounts into money-generating machines for their business, and help refine their advertising programs to be smarter, more targeted, and more trackable.
Ability to understand and play to the strengths of each digital channel is also key. We are tasked with developing custom strategies that are right for each of our clients, not cookie-cutter media plans.
What will give you the edge?
- You've been around the block, had success and failure, and understand what digital looks like in 2018.
- You're great at translating digital language into business language.
- Background working in a small team / start-up environment.
- Proven ability to be a self-starter.
- A taste and love of La Croix (not a mandate).
